Israeli soldiers invaded on Monday at noon, the West Bank city of Tulkarem and arrested one resident.
A local source in Tulkarem reported that under-cover army units of the Israeli army broke into a carpentry workshop and arrested its owner, Moneer al Bal’awi, 28, and took him to an unknown destination.
