Israeli troops arrested on Thursday at dawn a taxi driver at a military roadblock which was installed south of the West Bank city of Tubas.
The Palestinian News Agency, WAFA, reported that soldiers stopped the vehicle of Sameer Bani Odeh, 36, from Tammoun village, and arrested him.
