Israeli army installed a portable checkpoint, on Tuesday at dawn, on the road between the West Bank town of Hablah and the nearby city of Qalqilya, the Palestinian News Agency reported.
Soldiers posted at the checkpoint stopped the vehicles heading to Hablah, checked the identity cards of the residents.
