Israeli army arrested, on Wednesday, one resident from Allar village, near the West Bank city of Tulkarem, while attending a court hearing for his cousin at the Salem Israeli military court, in the West Bank.
Rafat Jeebat, 20, was arrested when several soldiers broke into the court, during a hearing session for detainee Bilal Jeebat.
Rafat was moved to unknown destination, local sources reported.
