Israeli army intends to confiscate 3000 Dunams of the West Bank town of Aqraba south of the West Bank city of Nablus, the WAFA News Agency reported.
Aqraba village council received an Israeli military order signed by Ya’eer Naveh, Chief Commander of the Israeli army in the West Bank to confiscate the town’s land in the area numbered T199/ 05.
Head of Aqraba village council, Jawdat Izzat, said that the order was delivered through the Israeli District Coordination office DCO in Jericho.
The annexation order includes the town’s lands in the areas of Alruei’, Marj Abu Qarwa, Mraj Subuh, Al Burnus, Dallouk mountain, Khilal Al Ghoul and Al Tamshouna area.
The military order is effective without giving the residents a legal period to object.
