Israeli army unit stationed at the DCO (District Coordination Office) checkpoint at the eastern entrance of the West Bank city of Qalqilia detonated, on Saturday morning, one Palestinian car which was parked near the office.
The car belongs to Mohamed Baloh, from Qalqilia.
The car was at a parking lot, apparently the soldiers suspected that it was wired and detonated it.
