Wednesday at dawn Israeli army was deployed intensively in the Palestinian West Bank village of Nabi Elias east of Qalqilia, the Palestinian Maan News agency reported.
Eyewitnesses reported that dozens of Israeli soldiers were intensively deployed in the streets of the village.
Earlier this week, settlers drew insulting graffiti of prophet Mohamad on the wall of mosque of the village, which angered the Palestinian villagers and triggered violent clashes.
