The Israeli military closed the main Nablus-Qalqilia road Thursday afternoon, imposing a mobile checkpoint in a heavily travelled area, according to the Palestinian News Agency, WAFA.

Palestinians were forced to wait in the cold and rain for hours as the Israeli military kept the road blocked.

In Tubas, Israeli soldiers hindered the movement of citizens at Tayaseer checkpoint, east of the city and made the Palestinians wait in the rain for several hours, under the pretext of searching them.
