A group of Israeli settlers attacked the village of Awarta, southeast of the West Bank city of Nablus, and injured three residents there, on Wednesday afternoon.
The settlers from a nearby illegal Israeli settlement post attacked a group of local Palestinian residents standing next to the village school in a completely unprovoked attack. The settlers threw hand grenades and fired live rounds at the Palestinians, injuring three, local sources reported.
One injured in the face and several areas of the body another one received wounds in the leg due to shrapnel’s, which arrived to the city hospital and the thread was treated in the local clinic in the village, all three escaped with light injures, medical sources reported.
