The Israeli army troops stationed at the Huwwara checkpoint forbidden residents for the West Bank city of Nablus between the ages of 16 to 32 from traveling through the checkpoint, Saturday morning.

Huwwara is a major checkpoint into the city of Nablus, and many university and high school students depend on this checkpoint as their only way in and out of school.

Scores of residents, mostly university students, lined up at the checkpoint hoping to pass, while solders continued to prevent them from passing through the checkpoint, local sources reported.
