The Israeli army   arrested two residents and fined  two in the the West Bank city of Hebron and the near by village of Yata, Saturday morning.

Ghassan Al Jonadi from Yata village was arrested whilst  trying to cross a military checkpoint near the village, no reason for his  arrest was given , the soldiers  handcuffed  and took him away, eyewitnesses reported.

Meanwhile Israeli forces arrested Waled Al Herbawi, 24, and fined his father and brother,  for approaching the fence of the Kriat Arba settlement near the city, Al Hebawi’s wife reported.

She added that the fine was 1000 NIS and said her husband was moved to Gush Atzion military bass for interrogation.
