A Palestinian security source reported that one Palestinian resident was killed, and three Palestinian security men were injured during clashes which erupted after dozens of residents attacked the property of an evacuated settlement at grabbed hothouses.
The source stated that resident Rami Al Masry, 20, was killed after suffering a live round in his head during the clashes that erupted between the residents and the P.A security men.
The incident took place in what was known as Morag settlement, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.
Several members of Al Masry family closed the main road between Khan Younis and Rafah, completely blocking the traffic before burning a Palestinian security vehicles; two P.A security men were injured, one seriously.
Later on, masked gunmen burnt two police stations in the area; one policeman was mildly injured.
The clashes are ongoing, while several figures are conducting efforts in an attempt to restore order and calm the situation down.
