Ala Zakarna, was arrested when troops invaded Qabatia, south of the West Bank city of Jenin, Wednesday at dawn.
Troops invaded the town, searched several homes and interrogated residents before taking Zakarna to an unknown location, eyewitnesses reported.
The West Bank area of Jenin has recently witnessed an increase of army activity in which the army has installed military checkpoints and inspected cars and persons passing along the main streets linking the city of Jenin with the surrounding towns and villages.
