The Israeli army carried out two invasions to the West Bank city of Nablus on Thursday, local sources reproted.

Troops invaded the city at the dawn hours, searched several houses then took roof tops of residents’ homes and turned them to military posts.

Residents tried to resume their every day life when military vehichles left the city.  However, the army came back to the city few hours later and positioned in different locations in the city, said eyewitnesses.

Nablus has been subject to frequent invasions in the past few months as Israel claimes it is targetting armed resistance groups in the city.
