Mohamed Khalil Safi, 19, was arrested in the village of Al Obadiyya east of the West Bank city of Bethlehem, on Saturday.
Troops stationed at a military checkpoint near the village stopped Safi, detained him for several hours and then took him prisoners and transferred him to an unknown destination.
