Israeli troops stationed around the West Bank city of Tubas stopped Palestinian trucks and barred them from entering the city on Tuesday.
The trucks were delivering stacks of hay used to feed animals owned by the farmers. Soldiers’ claimed that the farmers did not have “the needed” documents for the hay to be imported into the city.
