Israeli soldiers in army humvees chased local residents using hilly farm roads that bypass the army checkpoint set up on the main road between the West Bank cities of Nablus and Tulkarem Wednesday morning.  

The humvees cornered the civilian cars and confiscated the keys and ID cards of the passengers. The residents were then forced to return from where they came from, eyewitnesses reported.Many residents said they were force to miss work or school because of the army’s  actions.
