The Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, the armed wing of Fatah, and Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades, the armed wing of Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, claimed responsibility for firing two homemade shells at the Israeli Negev town of Sderot, and at an Israeli military post east of Al-Maghazi in the Gaza Strip Thursday afternoon.
The two groups stated in a press release that their attack comes in retaliation to the continuous Israeli army attacks on Palestinian civilians and their homes in the Gaza Strip.
