One child was shot and injured by Israeli military fire in Beit Lahia twon in the northern part of the Gaza Strip Tuesday afternoon.
The child was injured when army tanks fired heavy machine guns towards houses in the town. He was identified as Majdi Abu Jarad.
Abu Jarad was transfered to Kamal Adwan hospital in the town, medical sources reported.
