The Israeli army has installed an iron gate at the main road that connects the West Bank cities of Nablus and Tulkarem together on Saturday.
The gate is located at one of the main road intersections which connect that road to Israeli settlement of Shava Shamron, local sources reported.
Residents said that the gate caused a traffic jam and took residents hours to arrive to their destinations. Also, the sources added that this intersection connects the West Bank cities of Tulkarem, Jenin and Qalqilia together. This is the main route between the northern West Bank cities, and the only road that has been available since the Army closed all other routes several months ago.
