Israeli troops invaded the West Bank city of Jenin, jenin camp and nearby villages on Tuesday morning.
Soldiers fired sound bombs and live rounds at residents' houses in Jenin city. Army jeeps were used to blockade and close the main streets leading in or out of the city causing serious congestion .
The village of Romana was also invaded and homes searched and ransacked, local residents reported.
In Zababidah village, south of Jenin, soldiers stormed the area and fired live rounds and sound bombs into the air, no arrests were made, troops left the village after couple of hours but not before installing a checkpoint at the north entrance of the village.
