Mustafa Awwad, 27, was injured and taken prisoner when the Israeli army invaded the village of Dier Abu Da'eif near the West Bank city of Jenin Tuesday at dawn.
Troops and army vehicles stormed the village and searched and ransacked several houses. Soldiers shot Awwad in his legs as he tried leaving his home while the soldiers searched it. Soldiers took him to an unknown location, eyewitnesses reported.
