One Israeli soldier was injured on Monday afternoon when a woman
suicide bomber blew herself up near soldiers invading Beit Hanoun, in
the northern part of the Gaza Strip.
The incident took place at about 15:30 on Monday when the woman arrived at an Israeli temporal checkpoint installed by soldiers of the Givati brigade.
Upon reaching the checkpoint, the woman activated an explosive belt she was wearing.
Army claims that soldiers installed the checkpoint in the town in order to arrests resistance fighters.
Initial report revealed that the woman was identified as Mirvat Masoud.
