Israeli troops abducted on Saturday morning four residents of Tulkarem, in the northern part of the West Bank, as they were heading to Ramallah to attend a ceremony commemorating the late Palestinian President, Yasser Arafat.
Local sources reported that the four are students of Al Quds Open University, and that they heading along with hundreds of students to Ramallah.
They were identified as Murad Rasheed, 20, from Dir Al Ghsoun village north of Tulkarem, Sami Abu Sheikha, 23, from Shweika area north of Tulkarem, Mahmoud Al Jarad, 21, from Ibzit Jarad east of Tulkarem, and Fadi Al Kahla, 21, from Atteel village north of Tulkarem.
