A gunman opened fire on Tuesday midday inside the ministry of education building in the northern west Bank city of Nablus.
The man reportedly wanted to register for the public high school exams, but when the employees in the ministry refused because registration for the exams finished several weeks ago, he opened fire.
While some damage was reported, no one was injured in the incident.
