Palestinian medical sources reported Thursday that eight Palestinians were wounded by Israeli military fire in Shu’fat refugee camp, north of Jerusalem.Israeli soldiers invaded the camp and fired at protesters who hurled stones and empty bottles at the invading forces.
Five Palestinians were wounded and one Israeli soldier, member of the so-called Border Guard Units, was mildly wounded by a stone hurled by one of the protesters.
The Shu’fat refugee camp is subject to ongoing military invasions and attacks.
The invasion was carried out amidst ongoing Israeli violations against the Palestinians and their homes in East Jerusalem.
