A scuffle erupted between Palestinian residents and Israeli troops in Silwan East Jerusalem neighborhood on Tuesday.
Witnesses told local media that troops gathered at Silwan and provoked local youth, a short scuffle erupted between some youth and soldiers, no injuries were reported.
Silwan, a Palestinian neighborhood just outside Jerusalem old city walls, witnessed intense clashes over the weekend.
Dozens of Israeli settlers marched on Sunday through Silwan. 30 Palestinians were injured when they tried to stop the settlers. Soldiers used tear gas and rubber coated-steel-bullets against Palestinian protestors.
