Israeli soldiers detained and violently attacked a Palestinian Youth in Beit Ummar, near the southern West Bank city of Hebron, and released him later on. The youth, Hisham Khalil, 16, suffered concussions and bruises in several part of his body and was moved to a local medical center.
He was stopped and attacked by the soldiers at the entrance of Beit Ummar on Thursday before noon.
Eyewitnesses said that Khalil was cuffed and severely beaten while the soldiers also insulted him.
On Thursday morning, Israeli soldiers kidnapped fifteen Palestinians in several parts of the occupied West Bank.
