The Egyptian Authorities detonated, Thursday evening, two siege-busting tunnels east of Rafah, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip. Eyewitnesses reported that the tunnels are located in al-Salaam neighborhood and that there were used for smuggling foodstuffs into Gaza.
Egypt recently uncovered and destroyed dozens of tunnels located on the border with southern Gaza.
