Israeli soldiers kidnapped on Wednesday at dawn more than 14 Palestinian youths, all under the age of 21, apparently for their affiliation with the Fateh movement of President Mahmoud Abbas, and the leftist Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP). All of the kidnappings took place after the Israeli army invaded Borqa village, near the northern West Bank city of Nablus.
Local sources told the Maan News Agency that dozens of armored military vehicles, jeeps and personnel carriers invaded the villages while drones hovered over it. The invasion lasted for several hours.
During the invasion, troops broke into and violently searched the homes of the kidnapped Palestinians. No clashes or injuries were reported.
