Israeli soldiers invaded, on Thursday at dawn, the southern West Bank city of Hebron and kidnapped three Palestinians. Soldiers also invaded a number of nearby towns and villages, and installed several roadblocks.Eyewitnesses reported that the army broke into a home that belongs to Taha family in the Old City of Hebron, and kidnapped two brothers identified as Azzam and Ammar Abdul-Hamid Taha, and took them to an unknown destination.
Soldiers also invaded Al-Fawwar refugee camp, south of Hebron, broke into and searched a number of homes; no arrests were reported.
Also on Thursday, troops invaded Ath-Thahiriyya town, south of Hebron, and kidnapped one resident identified as Mahmoud Al-Battat.
The army further invaded the nearby town of Sa’ir for several hours; no arrests were reported.
Local sources reported that the army installed several roadblocks in the Hebron district, mainly between Yatta town and the city of Hebron, and a roadblock between As-Sammoa’ town and Hebron.
In related news, a number of Palestinian youths hurled Molotov cocktails at settler vehicles near Yatta, south of Hebron; one car was hit, and one settler was mildly injured.
