Monday morning, an Israeli airstrike struck the city of Sheikh Zayed, near Beit Lahia, Northern Gaza. Sources indicated that one missile was fired and left three Palestinians injured, so far there have been no reported casualties.The sources added that the three wounded residents were moved to Kamal Odwan Hospital after suffering moderate injuries.
The army also invaded an area east of Beit Hanoun, in the Northern Gaza, and began firing indiscriminately; damage was reported, no injuries.
Resistance fighters fired several RPG shells and clashed with the invading forces.
In related news, Israeli Channel 7 reported that Gaza fighters fired five Qassam homemade shells into the Western Negev.
Channel 7 added that the shells landed in an open area near the industrial area in the Western Negev, causing no damage or injuries.
