Local sources in Tubas, in the central part of the West Bank, reported that five Palestinians were kidnapped, on Tuesday at dawn, by Israeli soldiers who invaded the city, and searched several homes.The sources said that the army fired rounds of live ammunition and flares, before breaking into several homes and violently searching them.
The five kidnapped residents were identified as Bilal Yacoub Abu Hasan, 20, Ameed Omar Abu Hasan, 20, Nash’at Mohammad Abu Hasan, 20, Dia’ As’ad Ashoush, 26, and Moath Issa Ghazzawy, 19.
The army also broke into and searched the homes of Adel Hasan Abu Yablaan, 35, and Mohammad Jameel Thieb, 26.
Eyewitnesses reported that the soldiers also invaded the Al-Far’a nearby area, installed several roadblocks, and interrogated dozens of residents; no arrests were reported.
The army kidnapped on Sunday evening, and on Monday at dawn, at least 14 Palestinians in different parts of the occupied West Bank.
