Palestinian medical sources in Jerusalem reported Sunday that a Palestinian child, 7, was moderately injured after being hit by a car driven by an Israeli settler near the Kidar illegal settlement, in occupied East Jerusalem; the settler fled the scene.The Child has been identified as Ali Mousa Al-Jahaleen, a student at a local school in Arab Al-Jahaleen Bedouin village, in Abu Dis town, in occupied East Jerusalem.
The child was moved to the Al-Maqasid hospital in Jerusalem suffering moderate injuries.
Saed Sabah, deputy headmaster of the Al-Qasab School, stated that an Israeli ambulance arrived at the scene but refused to transfer the child to hospital, the Maan News Agency reported.
Sabah stated that the settlers repeatedly harass and attack school children in the area.
There have been numerous similar incidents in different parts of the occupied West Bank; dozens of claims were filed with the Israeli Police and military, but the police failed to produce any suspects.
