The Palestinian ministry of justice announced on their website on Friday that the results of Abu Hamdiyeh’s autopsy will be revealed in the coming 24 hours. The ministry’s undersecretary said media speculations about the reasons of his death should stop until an official result is made public in a press conference.
Abu Hamdiyeh,63, died in Israeli jails Tuesday, after being diagnosed with esophagus cancer. His death caused a wave of protests and strikes throughout Palestine.
