A Palestinian man killed by an Israeli army air raid targeting the Gaza strip and armed settler killed in the west Bank. These stories, and more, coming up, stay tuned.

A Palestinian man was assassinated by an Israeli missile northwest of Gaza city on Tuesday morning; two Palestinians have been injured in the attack.

Local sources said that an army unmanned plan fired one missile at a motorcycle driven by Haitham Mas-hal, 29, leading to instant death while two residents were injured, and were moved to the Al-Shifa hospital in Gaza.

Mas-hal is from the Ash-Shaty’ refugee camp; he worked as guard at the Ash-Shifa medical center. Both of his legs were severed due to the blast; he also suffered various injuries that led to his death.

The attack was carried out shortly before a number of armored military vehicles invaded the Ash-Shujaeyya neighborhood, east of Gaza city.

In other news Israeli sources reported that an Israeli settler of the Yitzhar illegal settlement, near the northern West Bank city of Nablus, was stabbed to death by a Palestinian man near the Za’tara roadblock.

According to news sources the settler was armed and the Palestinian man stabbed him and took his gun.
The killed settler has been identified as Eviatar Borovzky, 30. The stabber was identified as Salam Za’al, who managed to escape despite being shot and injured by Israeli soldiers.

He was later arrested after the army invaded the Shweika neighborhood in the northern West Bank city of Tulkarem, and surrounded his home.

The Al-Aqsa Brigades, the armed wing of Fateh movement, claimed responsibility for the attack. The Brigades issued a press release stating; “this is the first attack, one of many operations to come, in retaliation to the ongoing Israeli violations and crimes against the Palestinian detainees, and the Palestinian people”. the brigades stated.
