Palestinian human rights groups have reported that a detained Palestinian child from Jerusalem was seriously injured during interrogation at an Israeli interrogation center in Salah Ed-Deen Street, in the occupied East Jerusalem.
Khader al-‘Ajlouni, 16 years of age, was pushed down a flight of stairs at the police station, and suffered serious injuries to his neck, arms and back, according to local sources.
It added that the child was transferred to a hospital in the city after becoming unable to move one of his arms and one of his legs.
On Wednesday at dawn, Israeli soldiers detonated the home of Abdul-Rahman Shalloudi in Silwan town, south of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, in occupied East Jerusalem.
Israel claims Shalloudi, who was shot dead on October 23, deliberately rammed his car into Israeli waiting for the light rail.
An Israeli infant was killed in the incident, and seven other Israelis were wounded; while many reports indicated he might have lost control of his vehicle due to high speed and illness.
In other news, Palestinian medical sources have reported that dozens of children have been injured during clashes with Israeli soldiers, near the Shu’fat refugee camp, and ‘Anata town, northeast of occupied East Jerusalem.
In Gaza, Israeli military media reported gunshots fired near Erez crossing, between Israel and the northern Gaza Strip, on Wednesday.
According to the report Gunshots were fired towards Israeli forces at the crossing, without causing any injuries. From its part Israeli artillery fired about 30 smoke missiles on farms and fields of Gazan citizens near Beit Hanoun city.no injuries were reported.
