A Palestinian young man succumbed to a previous gunshot wound, on Wednesday, from wounds inflicted on him by occupation soldiers in the village of Burin, south of Nablus, in the northern West Bank.
Medical sources at Rafidia Governmental Hospital in Nablus announced, on Wednesday, that Mohammad Mahmoud Raja Eid, 19, succumbed to a gunshot wound he sustained two days ago.
Israeli forces shot the slain young man in the chest during an incursion into the village of Burin, south of Nablus.
Eyewitnesses had reported that soldiers shot the young man in the chest with live ammunition when he attempted to approach a critically injured child.
Soldiers shot and killed the 10-year-old child, Amr Mohammad Najjar, during their invasion into the village, after shooting him in the head with a live round.
In related news, Israeli soldiers shot a Palestinian young man with live ammunition in the town of Sebastia, northwest of Nablus.
According to Mohammad Azem, the mayor of Sebastia, Israeli forces invaded, on Wednesday afternoon, the town of Sebastia, northwest of Nablus, and opened fire with live rounds.
He added that the incursion triggered protests among local Palestinians, while soldiers shot a young man in the thigh; he was transported to hospital for treatment.
Furthermore, at dawn Wednesday, the several army vehicles stormed the site of Joseph’s Tomb, east of Nablus; there were no reports of protests.
