The Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, published a new video containing testimonies of Israelis, held captive in Gaza, pleading with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu since the beginning of the war to release them through deals with Hamas and to end the war. The second part of the clip showed these prisoners after bombs dropped by Israeli warplanes on the Gaza Strip in unprecedented bombing operations, killed them.
The video was titled “He promises them and fills them with hopes, but Satan’s promises are nothing but deception.”
One of the prisoners, Alon Shmuel, was shown saying, “I am very, very hopeful that I will get out of here soon.”

Another Israeli captive, Tom Hayim, a reserve soldier, said, “To my family… you are my life, I miss you to the end.”
Meanwhile, another said, “Benjamin Netanyahu and his government, you should be ashamed of yourselves.”
A female Israeli captive also appeared in the video addressing Netanyahu, saying, “Stop lying to our citizens and our families that you are doing everything possible so that we can return to our homes.”
Another Israeli captive also demanded Netanyahu stop the war, saying, “Netanyahu, please stop the war and bring us back home.”
Another expressed hope by saying, “I am very hopeful that we will have the best surprise possible.”
Also in the video, an Israeli appeared crying and pleading with Netanyahu, telling him “Please bring back my wife and children to be buried at home.”
After presenting the testimonies, the Al-Qassam video showed the prisoners as lifeless bodies, after they were killed by Israeli missiles and shells during the relentless and indiscriminate bombing of the Gaza Strip.
At the end of the video, Al-Qassam showed a clip of Netanyahu saying, ‘We have been working since the beginning of the war to bring the prisoners back home… to bring them all back… and when I say all, I mean all,” to deliver a message that Netanyahu continues to lie to the Israeli public.
