On Thursday dawn, Israeli soldiers abducted at least twenty-two Palestinians, including a journalist, former political prisoners, and a child, from their homes in several parts of the occupied West Bank.

The Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) and the Palestinian Detainees’ Committee stated that most of the abductions were carried out in Ramallah and Hebron, followed by Tulkarem and Jerusalem.

They added that the soldiers broke into and ransacked dozens of homes across the West Bank, causing property damage, and interrogated many Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards.

It is worth mentioning that the Israeli army abducted more than 9800 Palestinians, including children and women, in various parts of the occupied West Bank, since October 7, 2023.

Most of the abducted Palestinians were taken from their homes, while many were abducted at military roadblocks, in addition to those who had to surrender to the army after the soldiers took hostage members of their families, especially their parents
