Israeli forces abducted, on Friday, a Palestinian young man in the Jordan Valley, and stormed many towns and villages in the northern and northeastern parts of the occupied West Bank.

On Friday night, occupation soldiers abducted a Palestinian citizen of the Jenin governorate while he was passing through the “Hamra” military roadblock in the Jordan Valley.

Media sources said that soldiers abducted the young man, Baraa Hamza Al-Fakhouri, a citizen of Jaba’ village, in the northern West Bank governorate of Jenin, while he was passing through the “Hamra” military roadblock.

Occupation forces also invaded the towns of Arraba and Kafr Ra’i, and the village of Fahma, southwest of Jenin, Ya’bad town and Tura Al-Gharbiya village, west of the city, and Qabatiya, to the south.

The army erected flying military roadblocks in the towns and villages, while stopping and searching citizens’ vehicles, and inspecting their ID cards.

Meanwhile, on Friday afternoon, the army invaded Tammun town, south of Tubas in the northeastern part of the West Bank, and confiscated surveillance camera recordings from several citizens’ homes.

The army stormed the town of Tammun for a second time, on Friday night, from its eastern entrance and deployed its soldiers in several neighborhoods; no arrests were reported.

Furthermore, at dawn on Friday, a large army force, accompanied by a bulldozer, invaded the Balata refugee camp, east of Nablus in the northern occupied West Bank.

Media sources said that occupation forces stormed the camp, while bulldozers damaged vital infrastructure at its entrances, triggering protests among Palestinian youths.

Soldiers fired live rounds, concussion grenades, and tear gas canisters at those who resisted the incursion; no injuries were reported.
