On Monday evening, Israeli soldiers abducted five young men and assaulted one in the occupied West Bank in Jerusalem, Jenin, and Ramallah.
Media sources said the soldiers stopped several young men in the Bab Al-Amoud area in occupied Jerusalem and assaulted one while searching and interrogating the detained men.
They added that the soldiers abducted three young men in front of the Bab Al-Majles (Council Gate), one of the gates of the Al-Aqsa Mosque and took them to an unknown destination.
Furthermore, the soldiers abducted a young man, Abdul-Jabbar Abu Salah, from Arraba town, south of the northern West Bank city of Jenin, while crossing the Jabara military roadblock near Tulkarem.
Another Palestinian from Nabis Saleh, northwest of the central West Bank city of Ramallah, was abducted at the village’s main entrance after the soldiers stopped him and interrogated him.
