Israeli occupation forces carried out several invasions across the occupied West Bank on Wednesday afternoon and evening, breaking into homes, assaulting communities, and abducting at least eleven Palestinians, including children, in occupied Jerusalem, Ramallah in the central West Bank, and Hebron in the southern West Bank.
Israeli forces invaded the town of al‑‘Isawiya, north‑east of occupied Jerusalem, broke into several homes, searched them, and caused damage before abducting two young men. The detainees were identified as Mohammad Ghanem Mustafa and Marwan Haitham Mustafa.
In Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem, the soldiers abducted a Palestinian photojournalist, Ibrahim Sanjalawi, from the holy site’s courtyard and took him to a nearby interrogation facility.
In Ramallah, in the central West Bank, soldiers invaded the village of Aboud, north‑west of the city, and abducted five Palestinians, including three children, all aged around 14.
The children were identified as Mahmoud Abdul‑Majid, Majd Dar Saleh, and Mu’tasim Naji Balout, in addition to Mahdi Shaheen.
In a separate invasion, the army broke into a home in Birzeit, north of Ramallah, and abducted former political prisoner Mohammad Abu Najm, 28.
The soldiers also invaded Turmus Ayya town, northeast of Ramallah, searched properties and confiscated two Palestinian cars.
In the southern West Bank, Israeli forces abducted three Palestinians in the Hebron district. Soldiers detained ‘Odai al‑Daghamin and Ismail al‑Khalayla while they were grazing their sheep in the area of Khirbet al‑Kharaba, south of the town of as‑Samu’.
In Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, the army abducted Khaled Shunnaran after he was chased by a group of illegal paramilitary Israeli colonizers who attempted to assault him.
In a related development, dozens of armed colonizers, accompanied by Israeli soldiers, invaded the village of Raboud, south of Hebron, and performed religious rituals on a hilltop archaeological site.
At dawn Wednesday, the army carried out a series of invasions across the occupied West, breaking into homes, abducting many Palestinians, and wounding others in several parts of the West Bank.
