Israeli forces abducted three Palestinians, on Wednesday, including a young woman in the Shu’fat refugee camp, and a journalist in the southern West Bank city of Hebron.
At midnight on Tuesday/Wednesday, Israeli forces stormed the Shweika suburb and the town of Anabta, north and east of Tulkarem, in the northwestern part of the West Bank.
Media sources said that the occupation army invaded the Shweika suburb from its western entrance, deployed infantry units in the center of the suburb, and conducted a search operation; no abductions were reported.
East of Tulkarem, the army invaded Anabta town, and drove their military vehicles through the streets, especially the main street; no protests or abductions were reported.
Meanwhile, before dawn on Wednesday, Israeli forces invaded the city of Tubas, in the northeastern part of the occupied West Bank, sparking protests.
Media sources said that occupation forces invaded the city from its eastern entrance, and deployed soldiers in many neighborhoods who stormed several citizens’ homes, amid a city-wide power-outage.
Furthermore, at midnight Tuesday/Wednesday, the army stormed several areas of the Ramallah and Al-Biereh governorate, in the central occupied West Bank.
Media sources said that occupation forces invaded the town of Kafr Malek, and the villages of Khirbet Abu Falah and Turmus Ayya, northeast of Ramallah.
Soldiers opened fire at Palestinian-owned vehicles in Turmus Ayya without any injuries being reported.
After midnight on Wednesday, Israeli forces invaded the Shu’fat refugee camp, north of occupied Jerusalem, and abducted two Palestinians, including a young woman.
Media sources said that a large army force stormed the camp, broke into at least one citizen’s home, and abducted a young man and a young woman, whose identities were not known at the time of writing this report.
It was added that the soldiers fired tear gas canisters and concussion grenades towards citizens’ homes; no injuries were reported.
Moreover, in the southern West Bank, Israeli troops invaded and searched, before dawn on Wednesday, the home of Palestinian journalist, Bilal Al-Taweel, before abducting from his home in the city of Hebron.
