On Saturday morning, Israeli soldiers closed the Beit Furik military roadblock and invaded the eastern Nablus area in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.
Media sources said the soldiers closed the military roadblock near Beit Furik town, southeast of Nablus, and forced the Palestinians to leave.
Furthermore, the soldiers invaded the eastern area of Nablus city and initiated massive searches.
The Israeli army claimed Palestinian resistance fighters opened fire at the soldiers who responded to the source of fire before closing the roadblock.
In related news, the soldiers closed one of the two main entrances of the Al-Mughayir village, east of the central West Bank city of Ramallah, just two days after opening it; the second main entrance was never opened.
