Israeli occupation forces carried out widespread invasions across the occupied West Bank earlier on Monday, breaking into numerous Palestinian homes, abducting at least 26 Palestinians, including several former political prisoners, and closing the entrances to multiple towns with military roadblocks as part of ongoing, near‑daily military operations. Israeli colonizers also installed an outpost near Hebron.

The Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) reported that Israeli forces broke into homes, searched them extensively, caused damage to their contents, and interrogated scores of Palestinians.

In Hebron in the southern West Bank, Israeli forces abducted five Palestinians from their homes after storming and ransacking them.

Media sources said the soldiers abducted Mohammad Rateb Al‑Qawasmi from the city of Hebron, while from the towns of Al‑Shuyukh and Sa’ir, northeast of the governorate, they abducted Mohammad Shawqi Warasna, Ahmad Mousa Jaradat, and Khalil Mousa Al‑Froukh. The army also abducted Yasser Mohammad Al‑Hamamda from the town of Yatta, south of Hebron.

Israeli forces also broke into and searched several homes in the city of Hebron and in the towns of Doura, Yatta, Sa’ir, and Beit Ummar, subjecting residents to field interrogations. Families targeted in the invasions and interrogations included the Baryoush, Dannoun, Al‑Qawasmi, Al‑Ja’bari, and Al‑Ajluni households.

In addition, Israeli forces installed multiple military roadblocks at the entrances to Hebron’s towns, villages, and refugee camps, and closed several main and secondary roads with iron gates, concrete blocks, and earth mounds, further restricting movement across the area.

In related news, illegal paramilitary Israeli colonizers installed mobile homes on Palestinian‑owned land in the village of Birin, southeast of Hebron.

Farid Burqan, head of the Birin Village Council, stated that the colonizers placed the caravans on village land in an effort to expand the illegal colonial outpost of “Mitzpe Yair” at the expense of Palestinian property and farmland.

In Jenin in the northern West Bank, Israeli forces invaded several towns and abducted ten Palestinians from their homes.

The PPS said the soldiers abducted Nour As’ad Refa’ey from Rummana west of Jenin, Orwa Khamaisa from Al‑Yamun, Obada Jarrar from Burqin, and Adham Al‑Fayed from Kafr Qud, and Samer Shawahna Abu Jabara from Al‑Silat Al‑Harithiya in an apparent attempt to pressure his son to turn himself in to the Israeli authorities.

In Qabatia, south of Jenin, the soldiers ransacked many homes before abducting Nassar Ahmad Zakarna, Tareq Wael Zakarna, Mohammad Nafe’ Nazzal, Ayed Nazzal, and Ahmad Nasr.

In Nablus in the northern West Bank, Israeli forces invaded the city, the Old Askar refugee camp, and the town of Salem before abducting former political prisoner Bader Husam Ar‑Razza and Helmi Nassim Karkari. Troops also broke into several shops, including a toy store on University Street, and conducted extensive searches.

In addition, local sources said an Israeli undercover unit infiltrated the town of Salem east of Nablus, broke into the home of Naseem Helmi Karkari, and was later reinforced by large military units that surrounded the house, searched it, and damaged its contents before abducting his son Helmi.

Israeli forces also closed the entrances to several villages south of Nablus, including Al‑Lubban Al‑Sharqiya, Qabalan, and Al‑Sawiya, and installed a military roadblock at the western entrance of Al‑Lubban Al‑Sharqiya, blocking movement between the village and the city of Salfit.

In Salfit in the central West Bank, Israeli forces invaded the town of Kafr Ed‑Deek and abducted former political prisoner Qassam Ed‑Deek, the son of slain Palestinian Abdullah Ed‑Deek.

Meanwhile, in Azzun, east of Qalqilia in the northwestern West Bank, Israeli forces continued a series of invasions and home searches, abducting Bashar Shbeita and Abdul‑Rahman Bilal Hannoun from their homes.

Furthermore, the soldiers invaded Abu Dis, east of occupied Jerusalem, abducted Odai Bader from his home, and confiscated his vehicle.

In addition, the Israeli army invaded and searched UNRWA‑run schools in Shu’fat refugee camp north of occupied Jerusalem and took measurements of the buildings, a move that typically precedes demolition orders.

In Bethlehem in the southern West Bank, the soldiers invaded several areas in the city, including Saff Street in central Bethlehem, Hindaza Mountain, the town of Tuqu’, and the villages of Marah Rabah and Abu Njeim.

They stormed and ransacked homes before abducting five Palestinians identified as Montaser Omar Hmeid from Saff Street, Mohammad No’man Sheikh from Marah Rabah south of Bethlehem, Maher Ibrahim Nawawra from Hindaza east of the city, Rantis Ali Jibril from Tuqu’, and Rami Ibrahim Abu Ahour from Abu Njeim southeast of Bethlehem.

The invasions, home break‑ins, and abductions come amid an intensified Israeli military campaign across the occupied West Bank, where large‑scale incursions, home searches, and the installation of military roadblocks have become a near‑daily occurrence.
