On Tuesday evening, Israeli occupation forces invaded the town of Nahalin, west of Bethlehem in the occupied West Bank, causing many residents to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation.

Media sources said several Israeli military vehicles entered the town, particularly the central area, and closed multiple streets.

Soldiers fired tear gas canisters and concussion grenades at Palestinians, especially as they were leaving a local mosque following Tarawih prayers, leading to numerous cases of tear gas inhalation.

The invasion came as part of a broader military operation that began a day earlier, during which the Israeli army closed streets and intersections, broke into and ransacked many homes and buildings, and took photographs of houses and residents while inspecting their ID cards.

It is worth mentioning that Israeli forces carried out extensive invasions across the occupied West Bank on Tuesday, breaking into homes, abducting Palestinians, and imposing tightened movement restrictions in multiple towns, villages, and refugee camps.
