Four Palestinians, including a child, were killed in Israeli attacks across the Gaza Strip on Thursday, according to medical sources. Another Palestinian died from wounds sustained in an earlier Israeli airstrike, while several others were injured.
In Gaza City, an Israeli drone struck civilians near the Church Union building on the Thawra Street in the Al-Rimal neighborhood, killing a Palestinian and injuring several others.
Local sources said the drone fired at least two missiles at the area. The wounded were transferred to Shifa Medical Center, where some were reported to be in critical condition.
In a second strike on the Thawra Street, Israeli aircraft targeted civilians near An-Nour Mosque in western Gaza City, killing a Palestinian and injuring several others.
Israeli artillery also shelled areas east of Gaza City, while warplanes struck near Al-Sanafur Junction east of the Al-Tuffah neighborhood.
In central Gaza, Israeli fire killed a Palestinian in Nuseirat refugee camp, while Israeli artillery shelled areas northeast of Bureij refugee camp.
Rescue teams also recovered the body of Ahmad An-Nuwairi, who had been killed by Israeli gunfire on Wednesday east of the Da’wa area in eastern Nuseirat refugee camp.
In southern Gaza, Mohammad Al-Qadi, 39, died from wounds sustained in an earlier Israeli airstrike on a tent sheltering displaced Palestinians in the Al-Mawasi area of Khan Younis.
In another incident in the Khan Younis area, Israeli gunfire injured a Palestinian girl near the Bani Suheila roundabout east of the city.

Israeli tanks advanced near the Ribat Mosque in Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip, firing heavily toward displaced Palestinians sheltering inside Khalifa School, according to local sources.
Separately, Gaza’s crossings authority said Israeli authorities allowed a commercial truck carrying vehicle oils and filters to enter the Gaza Strip.
The reported attacks occurred amid a broader pattern documented by the United Nations. The UN said Israeli attacks killed 24 Palestinians, including four children and one woman, across Gaza over five days.
The UN Human Rights Office in the occupied Palestinian territory said Israel’s claim that it was targeting what it described as legitimate objectives did not absolve it of its obligations under international law. The office called for an end to unlawful killings in Gaza.
Separately, the Israeli military said it had killed two Palestinians in northern Gaza. It claimed they had “crossed the Yellow Line” and approached its forces, which it described as an “immediate threat.”
Gaza’s Health Ministry said 1,338 Palestinians have been killed and 4,429 injured since the ceasefire took effect, while recovery teams have retrieved 815 bodies during the same period. Since Israel’s military offensive on the Gaza Strip began on October 7, 2023, the cumulative toll has risen to 73,474 Palestinians killed and 174,540 injured.
