On Sunday evening, Israeli soldiers killed a Palestinian and injured several others, in addition to shooting a child in the head, in the devastated Gaza Strip.

The Palestinian Health Ministry said Israeli military drones fired at displaced Palestinians in the Shuja’iyya neighborhood, east of Gaza City, killing one Palestinian and wounding several residents, some seriously.

The slain Palestinian has been identified as Abdul-Rahman Amer Al-Khodari and was killed near the Al-Jazeera Club in Gaza city.

Th Health Ministry said, besides Abdul-Rahman, four Palestinians were injured, and were rushed to a hospital.

It added that the soldiers also shot a 3‑year‑old child, Malik Abu Luli, in a separate Israeli attack involving live fire targeting displaced families in the coastal enclave.

In its cumulative report, the Health Ministry said the army killed one Palestinian and injured at least five in recent attacks and added that Civil Defense teams and residents located the corpses of three Palestinians under the rubble.

Earlier Sunday, three Palestinians officers were killed, and several others were injured when an Israeli drone fired a missile at a group of Palestinian security personnel east of Gaza City, only hours after another Palestinian was assassinated and three others wounded in ongoing Israeli violations of the “ceasefire,” now in its 178th day across the Gaza Strip.

The Health Ministry said that since the “ceasefire” agreement on October 11, 2025, the Israeli army has killed 716 Palestinians and injured 1,968, while the corpses of 759 Palestinians have been recovered from the rubble across the coastal enclave.

Since October 7, 2023, Israel has killed at least 72,292 Palestinians and injured more than 172,073, the majority of whom are children, women, elderly, medics, journalists, and UNRWA workers, in the ongoing genocide against the Palestinian people.
