Israeli forces shot, on Sunday, three Palestinian young men near Qalqilia and Hebron in the southern and northwestern part of the occupied West Bank, and abducted three others, including a woman in the goverornates of Ramallah, Jerusalem and Hebron.

Before dawn on Sunday, Israeli forces shot two Palestinian young men near the village of Nabi Elias, east of Qalqilia, in the northwestern part of the occupied West Bank.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said that their ambulance crews transported two young men to hospital, both of whom who sustained live gunshot wounds, one in the thigh and one in the abdomen.

Israeli forces shot a young man and injured dozens more in the town of Beit Ummar, north of Hebron in the southern occupied West Bank, before dawn Sunday.

According to Mohammad Awad, a local activist, said that Palestinians protested the incursion by the occupation army, while soldiers fired live rounds, rubber-coated steel rounds, concussion grenades, and tear gas canisters at citizens.

Awad said that one young man was transported to hospital after soldiers shot him with live ammunition, causing a shrapnel injury in the shoulder; he was transported to hospital.

He added that dozens suffered the toxic effects of tear gas inhalation; they were all treated at the scene.

Meanwhile, on Sunday morning Israeli forces abducted a Palestinian young man, in the central West Bank governorate of Ramallah.

Media sources said that Israeli forces invaded and ransacked the home of the young man, Fida al-Din Awad, 20, before abducting him in the village of Budrus, west of Ramallah.

In related news, Israeli soldiers abducted a young man, and seized another citizen’s vehicle, in the village of Al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah.

In the Old City of occupied Jerusalem, occupation forces abducted a Palestinian young man on Sunday morning.

Media sources said that Israeli soldiers abducted the young man, Hassan Nihad Zaghir, after storming and searching his home.

Furthermore, on Sunday evening, Israeli forces stormed the village of Husan, west of Bethlehem in the southern West Bank, attacked citizens, obstructed their movement, and closed shops.

According to Rami Hamamra, the Director of the Husan village council, said the army closed the “Al-Muteena” area in the village, forced commercial shops to close, and impeded the movement of citizens.

Hamamra added that soldiers opened fire with live rounds, tear gas canisters, and concussion grenades at those who resisted the incursion; no injuries were reported.

In the afternoon, Israeli soldiers abducted a Palestinian woman at the Ibrahimi Mosque, and assaulted a citizen in the southern West Bank city of Hebron.

Media sources said that occupation soldiers abducted the woman, Nahil Kamal Masalma, while she was at the door of the Ibrahimi Mosque.

Sources added that soldiers assaulted a young man at his commercial shop on Al-Shalala Street in the city, and stole his kuffeya scarf.
